My Recipes

I started out cooking to help out mom in the kitchen. Later in life I became the head cook at home because my schedule made it more practical for me to prepare dinner than to have my wife keep that responsibility. I enjoy my time in the kitchen.  Honestly, I'd much rather cook that do dishes.  Here are some of my favorite dishes to prepare.  This collection of recipes comes from mom, relatives, siblings, sources unknown, and from me experimenting with combining published recipes with ideas from TV cooking programs and trying to mimic something I ate while traveling.
